Cancellation and Refund Policy for Credit Card Transactions

Cancellation Policy

At Chicago Integrated Health, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an appointment or service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

Refunds for credit card transactions will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment or service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund to your credit card.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment or service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original credit card used for the transaction.
