Cancellation Policy
At Chicago Integrated Health, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel an appointment or service, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
No Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Appointments are considered a No Show or Late Cancellation when appointments are missed without commuinication from the client and/or when communication about a cancellation is received in less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
We do our best to understand our clients and the varying needs life may present, so if there are No Shows and Late Cancellations, our policy is as follows:
No Show/Late Cancellation 1: If you miss an appointment without prior notice, your therapist will send you a gentle reminder to reschedule.
No Show/Late Cancellation 2: If there are continued missed appointments, our Coordinator or Director may reach out to discuss your attendance and any barriers you may be facing.
No Show/Late Cancellation 3 (Final Notice): After three or more consecutive absences, we may need to close your appointment slot and refer you to other services that may better meet your needs.

If you, or a currently enrolled family member, would like to take advantage of any of our additional services, please email our Front Desk Specialist, Dana Harris, at dana@integratedhealthchicago.com with the following information.
